Booking & Cancellation Policy

All hair extension services require a booking deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits ensure your appointment time is reserved and cover preparation required before your visit.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total service cost.

Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may require a new deposit to secure another booking.

Missed Appointments

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be required to pay in advance before booking future appointments.
