At JB Hair Studio, every service is carried out with care, precision, and professionalism. The following policies help ensure a smooth experience for all clients while protecting the quality of our services and hair extensions.

Hair Orders & Product Policy

Hair extensions are professionally colour matched and ordered specifically for each client following consultation.

Because hair is a hygiene-sensitive product and ordered individually, all hair purchases are final once the order has been placed.

Hair extensions cannot be returned or refunded if:

• The hair has been installed or worn

• The hair has been cut, coloured, toned, or chemically altered

• The keratin tips have been modified or removed

• The product has been handled outside installation

Any concerns regarding hair quality must be reported within 48 hours of installation.
