At JB Hair Studio, every service is carried out with care, precision, and professionalism. The following policies help ensure a smooth experience for all clients while protecting the quality of our services and hair extensions.

Hair Extension Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of hair extensions.

Clients will receive professional aftercare guidance following installation.

Brushing

Hair should be brushed 2–3 times per day using a professional extension brush.

Always brush from the ends upward while supporting the roots.

Washing

Hair should be washed 2–3 times per week using a gentle sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

Avoid applying conditioner directly to the keratin bonds.

Heat Styling

Heat styling tools can be used but should be kept to a minimum. Always use heat protection before styling.

Sleeping

Hair should never be slept on while wet.

Before bed, loosely braid hair or tie it in a low ponytail.

Following the recommended aftercare routine will help maintain the quality, softness, and longevity of your extensions.

Hair Extension Maintenance

Keratin bond hair extensions require regular maintenance appointments every 2–4 months.

Maintenance is important to:

• Maintain the condition of your natural hair

• Prevent tangling or matting near the bonds

• Keep extensions comfortable and secure

• Ensure the most natural-looking result

Failure to attend maintenance appointments may affect the condition and longevity of your extensions.

Removal of Extensions

Hair extensions must always be removed professionally using the correct technique.

JB Hair Studio cannot be responsible for damage caused by:

• Self-removal

• Removal by another technician

• Incorrect removal methods
